Kairobell collects personal information provided by gym administrators, personal trainers, and gym customers. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, body measurements (weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass), and progress photos.
Progress photos are sensitive personal data. We collect and store these images only with explicit consent from the customer, recorded through the platform. Photos are compressed before upload, stored securely using encrypted storage, and accessible only via time-limited signed URLs. Photos are never made publicly accessible.
We use collected data to provide fitness tracking services, generate progress reports, and support the gym's management of training programs. Body metrics and photos are used exclusively for the customer's fitness progress tracking.
All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. We use row-level security policies to ensure data isolation between gyms. Images are stored in private storage buckets with signed URL access. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).
Customer data is retained as long as the gym's subscription is active. Customers may request deletion of their progress photos and personal data at any time through their gym's administrator. Upon request, we will delete all associated data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your personal data. Gym administrators can export customer data through the platform. To exercise your rights, contact your gym administrator or reach out to us directly.
